Hearts that you touch,
and words that you say . . . .
are the threads that will weave,
our thoughts of today.

When you look back . . . and your memories begin
Will you wish that this day
could be lived once again?

It's the small things I do . . .
the smiles that I give.
The way that I handle the life that I live.

Telling my friends,
they are special, and matter not just today.
"I love you, my friend,"
takes but one moment to say.

I am thankful. I am loved. and today will always be . . .
but one of the roses,
in my bouquet of memories.
