Looking around at the world today, it is so easy to feel as if the 'battle's lost'. But, it isn't. As long as there are those of us who still remember and long for a time of civility and openness of the human spirit . . . there is hope. If each time we see something crushing treasured values and cherished morals and do nothing . . . we are allowing the very things we hate to flourish.
Are you asking, "What can I do?"
Take heart! Look at OWEG! You can see you are not alone. You are among Christian Women who stand together and pray together.
I'm no different than you. I often feel like a 'stranger in a strange land.' But, Jesus told us we should be different than the world. If we are just like them, then how will they know we are Christian?
Choose one thing . . . just one. And today, make it different. Somewhere down the line . . . that one thing will change things just a bit.
